  1. Debone your leg of Springbok
  2. Marinade in buttermilk and spice for 2-3 days
  3. Grill on a hot gas BBQ until nicely charred, not burnt.
  4. Slice and stack into casserole
  5. Cover with 3/4L of cream and Mrs Balls Chutney.
  6. Cooked covered in BBQ on low-mid heat for 90 minutes.

Serve!
