- Debone your leg of Springbok
- Marinade in buttermilk and spice for 2-3 days
- Grill on a hot gas BBQ until nicely charred, not burnt.
- Slice and stack into casserole
- Cover with 3/4L of cream and Mrs Balls Chutney.
- Cooked covered in BBQ on low-mid heat for 90 minutes.
Serve!
