I am a big lover of MilkStout and I am going to try the following recipe:
- Coopers STOUT Kit.
- Dark Malt Extract. (1.5kg can)
- Nottingham Ale Yeast.
- 500g Trickle Sugar.
- I am using Trickle Sugar to give me more enhanced molasses flavor.
- I am using the Yeast as an improvement over the included yeast in the kit.
Stuff I am in need of before starting:
- Airlock & grommet
- Little Bottler
- Capper for bottles, if I go the glass-route or PET bottles if plastic…
