My first beer recipe…

I am a big lover of MilkStout and I am going to try the following recipe:

  1. Coopers STOUT Kit.
  2. Dark Malt Extract. (1.5kg can)
  3. Nottingham Ale Yeast.
  4. 500g Trickle Sugar.
  • I am using Trickle Sugar to give me more enhanced molasses flavor.
  • I am using the Yeast as an improvement over the included yeast in the kit.

Stuff I am in need of before starting:

  • Hydrometer
  • Thermometer
  • Airlock & grommet
  • Little Bottler
  • Capper for bottles, if I go the glass-route or PET bottles if plastic…
